How Our Bars Work

There is a £300 minimum spend on the bar or a minimum of 40 guests need to attend

Cash & Card Bar - This is where guests come to the bar and pay for their own drinks. You can put money behind the bar to pay for a first drinks or all the drinks but some people prefer the guests to buy their own. The bar takes cash and cards as long as we can connect to either our 4g or a wifi connection. There is a minimum spend of £500 on the bar and you pay a £150 deposit on the day which is returned by bank transfer the following working day as long as the Minimum spend has been met. We keep an electronic till record to show you the final amount taken most bars with more than 50 guests will take more than the minimum spend.

Prepaid All Inclusive Drinks Package Bar - The way this works is you pick one of our drinks packages and pay per person upfront for unlimited drinks for a 4 hour period if you require more hours then the price per person will be adjusted accordingly by prior discussion with us. We offer two packages the Essential Package £16 per person & The Luxury Package £18 per person and there is no minimum spend but must be at least 40 guests attending.
